Sourcing materials across India.

Alongside our own units, we source fabrics, jute, yarns and trims from trusted suppliers and craft clusters across the country — from Delhi NCR, Rajasthan and Gujarat to Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and the North East.

Our Manufacturing Process

From raw material to your doorstep

Step 01
Sourcing materials

We select textiles, leathers and trims from vetted mills and suppliers, screened for durability and responsible sourcing before a single sample is cut.
Step 02
Design & sampling

Our in-house designers translate a brief or trend direction into pattern, then produce physical samples for review and revision.
Step 03
Cutting & handcrafting

Approved patterns move to our workshop floor, where every panel is cut, stitched and assembled by hand.
Step 04
Embroidery & finishing

Detail work — embroidery, hardware, tassels and trims — is added and each piece is trimmed and cleaned for a consistent finish.
Step 05
Quality inspection

Every bag is checked against a multi-point standard for stitching, stability and finish before it's approved for packing.
Step 06
Packing & export

Orders are packed, documented and shipped through our export network, with full visibility until they reach your door.
