Approved patterns move to our workshop floor, where every panel is cut, stitched and assembled by hand.
Embroidery & finishing
Detail work — embroidery, hardware, tassels and trims — is added and each piece is trimmed and cleaned for a consistent finish.
Quality inspection
Every bag is checked against a multi-point standard for stitching, stability and finish before it's approved for packing.
